Day 6: Creating my own music

Here we are. About to finish up a full 7 days at sea and about to start another. From my perspective, the next 7 days are going to be the hardest mentally.

I'm not even halfway, should arrive at that point tomorrow and I remember from the previous two trips the halfway and the days following are the hardest. The good news with this trip (not withholding tomorrow) is there are some decent winds in the forecast.. keeping up speed keeps hope alive so being able to fly across the ocean is hopeful for me.

In other news, I found out my Spotify issues are not related to me. A crew member aboard a friend's boat has also had the issue, so I'm told over email this morning. To pass the time I'm considering getting out my bongo drum and making some music videos. ;)

The sun has finally snuck out this afternoon which also gives me a lot of energy.

I did see a 75ft sailboat this morning pass across my bow, around 2 nm. I have definitely seen way more ships than our first crossing.

I think lunch today will consist of bread, pasta and some yummy dessert.

Otherwise, all is the same on Polar Seal as I await for slightly higher winds coming soon.
