Preparing our sailboat to sail the World: Installing solar panels.

One month until we start our big sailing adventure, and we’re starting to feel the pressure of the schedule!In this episode, we are tackling our first big sailboat project: installing 400 Watts of Sunbeam Tough+ solar panels on Polar Seal. That's right! Her beautiful white deck is getting toughened up with some black walk-on panels.The thought of installing the panels and the outcome of the project had Ryan excited ever since we bought Polar Seal. The week that we spent actually doing the work? Not so much....It took us six days of working on the boat nonstop to get the solar panels system up and running, and a few misadventures on the way. A FEW.
